Student Registration

For Centres: Registration of Students

Within one month of the course starting the centre must complete the general student registration form (or the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management registration form if providing that specific course) and submit by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. ABP will then invoice the centre for the student's fees. Payment terms are 30 days.

Learners will receive an email acknowledgement that the centre has submitted their registration. They will receive a second message when the centre has paid for their registration. A list of registered students is included with the invoice sent to the centre.

The registration fee covers;

  • Registration of student's name on their chosen programme
  • Quality Assurance / EV activity while the student is studying a programme via ABP
  • Certification of the student who has achieved an award via ABP

The registration fee is NOT an examination fee and must be paid at the start NOT the end of the programme of study.

For Centres: After Registration of Students

Soon after you have registered your students with us, you will be contacted to arrange an EV visit in time for your first set of assessments on the programme.

There must be marked student assessments available for the EV to sample so typically the visit should take approximately 2-3 months after the course start date.

All ABP approved centres are required to have two EV visits a year, typically no more than six months apart, while the centre has students studying ABP programmes.

This means that, should the EV approve your centre for certification (that is, once students have achieved all the Learning Outcomes and are ready to be certificated and ONLY if the report from the EV is favourable) the ABP Student Achievement Form should be completed and submitted to ABP. Certificates will be sent to the centre soon after that.
